The Member of Parliament for Akyem Oda Alexander Akwasi Acquah,, has spearhead a significant initiative under the MP’s Education Working Committee to distribute free school uniforms to underprivileged children in selected schools across the Birim Central Municipal Assembly.
This “Back to School” program aims to support needy students by alleviating the financial burden of acquiring uniforms, which is a critical requirement for school attendance.
Some benefited schools include, Frimpong Manso, Ridge Experimental, Presby Girls, ST. Anthony, Oda Nkwanta M/A among others.
This initiative by Hon Alexander Akwasi Acquah will also promote inclusivity and enable more children to stay in school and pursue their education.
Handing over the uniforms, the MP encouraged students to take their academic work seriously. He further tasked them to be disciplined in the discharge of their duties.
